Return Conditions:
We accept return requests under the following conditions:

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags.
- If the item has a quality issue or has been damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Items that have been used or damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
- Sale items, customized, and personalized items (unless there is a quality issue).
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Please contact our customer service team via email at support@suchao.shop, providing your order number and reason for return.
- Return Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return request.
- Return Address: Once confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
- Return the Item: Please return the item within 15 days of receiving the return confirmation and provide the tracking number.
Return Shipping Fees:
- If the return is due to a quality issue or our mistake (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) and the order has not been canceled, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your return has been approved.
- If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations:
We accept order cancellation requests under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.

- Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can return the item after receiving it according to our return process.
